All organisations in Hong Kong, whether small, medium or large, which have developed and/or adopted creative ideas, innovative processes or pioneering methods resulting in a reduction in environmental impact are eligible to apply for the Green Innovative Practice Award. Each applicant should nominate a “green innovative method” with proven success for competition. The method can be any process or management approach that has brought about environmental benefits. An organisation that has more than one green innovative method adopted may submit one application for each method. All applicants should specify details of the nominated green innovative method in the application form. The organisers of the award reserve the right to determine the eligibility of any applicant. |

All public or private organisations that provide real property management services to housing establishments (commercial & industrial buildings, public housing and private housing) located within Hong Kong, whether small, medium or large, are eligible to apply for the Green Property Management Awards. Organisations that manage more than one facility may submit one application for each facility managed. For the Green Property Management Award (Private Housing), specific weighting factor will be set in assessing the buildings of 10 years or over and those of less than 10 years old because the management of these housing estates/buildings may not be compared on an equal footing. The organisers of the award reserve the right to determine the eligibility of any applicant and have the final decision on which award category that an application should fall into. |
